What happens in case of late return of the vehicle?

Before anything else, the time of return must be defined jointly when handing over the keys of the vehicle and transferred to the rental contract in the space provided for this purpose.

If the delay can be anticipated, the renter can extend his online booking from the "My rentals" section and then "Access" to the rental in question. Learn more about the extension. Any delay exceeding the insured period must be reported to Customer Service Ouicar on 01 53 40 95 35 (Monday to Friday from 9am to 9pm, Saturday and holidays from 9am to 7pm) or by e-mail via the contact form.

In case of delay, the owner will be entitled to claim a supplement to the rental price of 5 euros per hour of delay.

Caution: specify the date and the actual time of delivery on the rental contract.
