How to contact the car owner?

Once your rental request is sent, you can send another message in the “My Rentals” section of your OuiCar account via the “ I chat” button that you will find on the page of the rental in question. This space is reserved to your discussion with the owner.

The owner is notified by email, SMS, and push notifications when he receives a rental request and has 24h to respond before the request expires automatically.
