Step 1: Following the booking of a Ouicar Connect vehicle, renters must download their identification documents in the “Identification” section of their personal space. As this step is mandatory, the rental will be automatically cancelled if the documents have not been posted online within the time limit. ATTENTION, you have 6 hours to do so, beyond which the reservation will be cancelled.
Step 2: Once the rental is confirmed, the owners have access to the driver’s license and the renter’s ID to check them. These documents can be found on your rental details page. We ask the owners to always check the identity documents before each rental.
