What happens in case of disagreement about the assessement of the car?

In case of a complaint, our customer service department will carefully study the photos taken during the departure and return statements in order to determine the responsibility of one or the other of the parties.

We invite renters to be particularly vigilant about the quality of the photos taken during the check in. If the conditions are not optimal and the photos do not satisfy you, feel free to pick up new photos as soon as possible and send them to Customer Service via our contact form to complete the check in.
